What do you like best?

My favorite thing about Ticketfly is how well it integrates with our other apps and platforms (Kindful, Emma, Facebook). Email automation, communications, and ticket sales have all been much smoother since working with Ticketfly.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the service charge for purchases. However, I understand it's necessary. The good thing is you are given a choice whether you pay the fee or the ticket holder.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very user friendly! Because of it being user friendly on both ends, we have had much higher ticket sales (it connects to our Facebook events for quick sale access). I also love that when you do have an issue (not often), they are quick to help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The automation of their purchase (email confirming the purchase and ticket holder transferred into our donor database) is priceless! The ability to connect to Facebook events has equaled way higher ticket sales. During the syncing process of setting up your event and your Facebook, Ticketfly does most of the hard work.
