Advanced user of ThunderTixThe team was very helpful in reducing the time it would have taken for me to figure everything out on my own. Once they got me rolling, which took less than 10 minutes, we were able to set up our entire event in a very short time. Since we did not consider all of the options and opportunities before starting, the software made it very easy to modify our initial configurations and once again, the support team provided us with suggestions to improve the customer experience.
So, I think it's the customer service we like best.
If I needed to pick something I dislike, there are not many options especially the more we use the software. Getting used to where various options were included took time.
We are able to quickly and easily sell tickets and other services quickly and easily on the site and with a short deadline until our event this has been very beneficial.
