What do you like best?

I really liked the features of it as it provides us with the inbound messaging solution we can easily receive messages from our customers and can provide better service

What do you dislike?

I would say the interface could have been slightly better

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main thing is that it provides us with very cheap messaging solution and also it provides us with inbound messaging facility which is very rare at this price point
