Advanced user of The Stone Edge Order ManagerStone Edge offers one of the better solutions as an OM/IM for an SMB. Stone Edge price point can't be touched, and out of the box has a lot of features that don't require much doctoring.
Since Stone Edge is a relatively small company, support and upgrades can be a little slow in coming.
I would recommend that you have an inhouse programmer/developer that can enhance features of SEOM to tailor for your company.
Complete end to end solution for managing or our inventory and orders. We've been able to customize certain features off it it with inhouse staff as well. We've been able to save money vs other solutions that may be more robust but have unnecessary features.
