The PI is an excellent tool for management and hiring!

What do you like best?

The PI is great at staying up to date and listening to customer feedback. Love how easy it is to get a behavior snapshot and to use the hiring guides! In the last year or so they updated their behavior types and guides with better more positive wording that reinforces there is no bad PI, just some are better suited for other positions.

What do you dislike?

Because they do change their system fairly often, it can be difficult to find tools. There is a lot of change which is exciting, but can be slightly difficult to navigate if you do not use the system daily.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely focus on the training, they are incredibly helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it as a hiring tool for all applicants to fill out. We then use the hiring guides with tailored behavioral questions based on individual applicant PIs by position. It helps us get at what we need faster. We also use it as a tool for managers and employees working together to strengthen and understand their relationships,
