Advanced user of The Mortgage Office Loan ServicingIt is the one place to store all the information you have for servicing the loan. It offers so many features to complete the tasks needed to do that servicing.
The interest calculations are a little strange, we have to bill customers from the 15th-15th of the month in order to get them their billing on time.
Try to learn as much as you can about the system and how it bills customers before buying to make sure it is the right fit for you.
We are currently servicing all of our loans thru The Mortgage Office. We are still in the process of transitioning from another loan servicing software, but one of the main benefits is that now billing and payoffs can be generated directly from the system.
