Teika Takes Over the Day to Day Bidding And Saves DOZENS of Hours
What do you like best?
The automatic bidding allows you to set target profitability levels and Teika does the rest.
This saves dozens of hours for a small agency of our size.
Teika also has great and attentive support and customer support managers.
The customer support and more importantly client success helps issues get resolved very quickly.
What do you dislike?
Teika is still catching up with some of the latest innovations in campaign build, and they still don't support Amazon DSP or Video ads, but I have been told these are on the horizon and will be very welcomed when it arrives.
My ask is that Teika focus on their core competency (Advertising) and any ancillary focus such as Inventory Management, should be in support of that, not an additive feature.
Advertising strategies are moving fast and my hope is they really focus on adding an innovative ML/AI layer to human thought.
Targeting strategies by placement type are also not supported yet and the analytics could be more encompassing (give more details with their MWS connection).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Taking the thought out bids and keyword actions. This is a big deal and the most time consuming process.
This is very welcomed.
Hitting ROI targets is a lot easier to do.
