Decent software but somewhat non-intuitive for the user

What do you like best?

The software rarely glitches or crashes and can maintain a lot of data. We have a very large selection of tools and inventory that we track using the software and the software works well for us.

What do you dislike?

The software is not user friendly or intuitive. A lot of employees struggle to learn how to use it beyond basic functions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We no longer have to keep paper copies of issue/turn in. When used in conjunction with a barcode scanner it makes issue/turn in operations essentially seamless and quick.
