What do you like best?

I LOVE the whole concept of Talla. I would say as of late, I am loving the new dashboard, it is super informative.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could permenantly remove users from the database as opposed to just disabling.

This is a great tool to stay organized with ever evolving content and making sure it gets delivered to the right people at the right time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a start up and with that, things change often. Talla allows us to update and deliver new information to all our employees with the click of a button. It also allows our employees to seek out information they are in need of without interupting someone else with questions. We train our employees to ask Talla first. As an admin, I see what questions are asked which allows us to upload missing content and see where our training gaps are.
