What do you like best?

Talkative have been our dedicated Live Chat fulfillment partner since 2018. The team are great to work with, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Customer experience is at the forefront of everything they do, and their ability to set up Live chat solutions quickly and effectively means that we can often exceed our client's expectations with implementation.

From a user perspective, we have jointly developed a console that works for a contact centre, but the Talkative Engage platform always works well for dealerships and OEM's. The team constantly refine and improve the console, ensuring complete end-to-end testing and our buy-in before release.

Talkative are reactive to our needs and, more importantly, adapt their solution to ensure we achieve best-in-class service. New features are constantly added to their roadmap, and we regularly review together to enhance our combined service offering to the market.

What do you dislike?

No issues at all – the team make themselves available for contact and are fast to respond to any queries.
