Great Platform led by strong account management

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to navigate, set up and pull results from. On top of this, our account management team has been top notch, constantly guiding us and pushing our program to get the best results. The level of service from Talkable has been comparable to enterprise platforms 10x the size and cost.

What do you dislike?

As a salesforce client, it'd be great to have a connector which allows emails to be deployed via marketing cloud

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a platform that could support our new referral program and Talkable came with a lot of strong recommendations. It is an effective tool to allow us to capture new customers being referred by their trusted peers.
