Exactly what you need to deliver a great candidate and customer experience

What do you like best?

I like the UX and UI a lot. Conducting the cases and browsing the candidates are very easy, as well as communicating, making notes, evaluating, moving candidates in the process, using the automation for different phases, scheduling the interviews, and so on. Also, when our Talent Community is quite big already, find the most suitable candidates from there for our ongoing projects is also easy and efficient.

What do you dislike?

I think there's nothing I dislike, but of course, things can still be improved. But I've personally been in touch with the TalentAdore team several times, and I like that they are willing to listen to you and continuously improve their product to match their customer needs better.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Compared to a few other Recruitment Softwares I've used, TalentAdore stands out with its ease of use and excellent customer service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to conduct our headhunting processes faster and we are giving a much more better candidate experience. We can also take better advantage of our huge number of candidates in our own database as they are easier and better to find with TalentAdore.
