What do you like best?

For a small-to-midsize firm, the software does a good job of logging billable hours

What do you dislike?

Not as user-friendly as comparable softwares in the industry

I recommend you shop around for the features that are most important to your firm.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It serves the purpose for the attorneys to input their hours so that someone else can bill the clients, but it's not as flexible as other programs
