What do you like best?
1. Easy to configure an account backup
2. Both the free and professional version allow for some sort of scheduling options
3. Allows me to export my files to various formats for easy import into other applications, e.g pst for outlook
What do you dislike?
1. While simple to use, the user interface had some menu options which in my opinion should be easier to find
2.During my usage, options to includeexclude emails were not immediately clear, requiring a little extra searching to get done

Carefully read the pre-requisite requirements on the website. certain features require the presence of other software to function properly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The application was downloaded at the tail end of a G-Suite trial, in which i needed to backup some user emails and subsequently import into outlook. This issue was presented due to pilot users being migrated to G-suite for said trail. Some users experienced issues with the setup which resulted in their G-suite emails not being synced with outlook
