What do you like best?
I decided to try Systeme because I wanted to affordably migrate all the bits of my business —email marketing, courses, website and blog, and eventually a membership program— to an all-in-one platform that wasn't going to break my budget before I even got my business up and running.
I'm not tech savvy, but as a solopreneur on a shoe-string budget, I have to overcome those hurdles in order to build my business, and the Systeme platform offers what I'm looking for at a price-point I can manage.
Additionally, Systeme seems to be approachable even for technophobes.
What do you dislike?
I'm still learning Systeme, so I don't know what I don't know, but so far, I miss having a variety of type in the email program, which currently only offers 1 sans-serif font. Apparently, one can integrate outside, paid email marketing apps, but that defeats the purpose of keeping costs low.
Additionally, I wish customer support was more consistently...supportive. I hate to say that, because eventually, the support team comes through and are very attentive and helpful, great, in fact, but it hasn't been without my having to occasionally push back and remind them that I'm the customer.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Again, it's too soon for me to know, other than solving the problem of having all the parts of my business scattered over several platforms, and now enjoying the benefit of them being (mostly) in one space.
