What do you like best?

SynaMan has great capacity of use for the end user, the software is super easy to use and highly adoptive. I like the possibility of being able to transfer files quickly and safely. How easy it is to set up and run a secure file exchange with friends and colleagues. I love that I left a small mark on my machine because it has powerful administration and software functions, not complex to use.

What do you dislike?

It seems that it is not possible to host two different instances on the same host; this does not so much affect a problem with internally hosted facilities, but with external hosting companies, it complicates administration by requiring duplicate hosts. The administrator tools are not as quick to manage, especially the customization functions. What worries me most is that you can not sort the articles by date, this is a big problem if you have many files in a folder and you do not know the name of the file you are looking for, it complicated me a lot when I had to find a file quick way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The software has very easy-to-use management tools, continued to innovate and add features, and provided timely support when necessary. It leaves a very light footprint on the server and is very customizable. If these characteristics are what you are looking for in your company, I recommend this software for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The overall experience was excellent, despite the difficulties. In the company we were able to get rid of our old FTP server. I was able to provide better security for our partners and customers, even though we are not currently using this software.
