What do you like best?

Good to know everything you have, how you have it, what is updated, what's not, what's more, in terms of licenses, renewals, permits and other legal aspects of software and assets of T.I is really an impressively complex task. Symantec Asset Management Suite proved to be the support, the manager, the means to achieve control over everything related to this type of assets and to be in charge of IT audits as well as to improve the performance of software investments, to avoid leaks and limit the IT service to the points where it is actually being used, thus closing gaps and leaks.

What do you dislike?

The process in principle to understand and use it are not as simple and friendly as other Symantec services can be. My suggestion expand and develop the concept in a more intuitive way for the consumed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I believe that the purpose of everyone in any sector of the industry is to provide the best services and products at the lowest possible cost and without waste. Applying this concept in Assets of Technology not only seems complex, it is in reality. Symantec Asset Management Suite contributes substantially to the saving of time, resources, money and avoids waste especially sub-utilization. My recommendation to use it generates money and is undoubtedly the best in the sector.

Detect underutilized software, duplicated and unused, allowing to perform the respective debugging generating significant savings in that segment.

It makes the most of the licenses and assets that are held, avoiding the acquisition of permits that are not really required or needed.
