What do you like best?

Swvl app is an easy to use app. Once you put in your pick up and drop off location it shows your different swvl stations closest to your location. The buses travel at different times and you can choose the time that suits you best.

Swvl gives promos and free balance if you refer your friends to use it.

What do you dislike?

Being able to book only two seats is what i dislike as sometimes more than two people might need to travel.

Swvl doesn't have their bus stops with specific board, i believe swvl stops should be made recognizable by applying some poster.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Swvl has made everyday travel comfortable and economical. It is safer to travel with other people as well. The buses of swvl unlike normal buses are in very good condition and have airconditioner.
