What do you like best?

The ability to create easy to navigate and visually appealing training documents and procedures and organize them into a customizable knowledge base. Creating documents directly in the interface with useful and easy to use tools to make the training documents as information packed and visually appealing and easy to navigate as possible.

What do you dislike?

The ability to import powerpoints does not exist, just word documents and the maximum file size to embed uploaded videos is low enough to cause a headache.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Training new hires and creating and hosting training materials and videos in one easy to navigate place for existing employees and creating knowledge bases for employees to easily access the information they need.
