What do you like best?

The survey can be host on any website. Multiple formats are available to download the data in any form. Advanced statistical models can be applied to a survey project using the tools available in survey writer.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as specific. The interface can be somewhat futuristic. Every product almost has the same user interface. It can be innovative to bring in something new and fresh.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is the overall package of getting surveys done and making analyses and reporting on it. Other products don't provide so many features.
