What do you like best?
It is very easy to set up a survey, collect data, analyze this data, and report it, all in a very easy manner. The software is extremely flexible and allows the user to configure surveys in very different manners, which is extremely important to any marketer. Overall, the service is extremely easy to use. In addition, the customer support is absolutely wonderful and has a great response time, while providing very helpful support at your convenience.
What do you dislike?
It is relatively expensive compared to other more well-known platforms. Very similar to SurveyMonkey which has cheaper options while still providing the same necessary components for surveys. There are certain things within the surveying process that could be automated that may make the service even easier to use, though this would be an added bonus to an already great service that is provided.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely check out SurveySnap. Depending on your use case, it can be extremely helpful. In certain cases, however, there may be better options that are cheaper. But, if you survey or need to survey, it is definitely worth exploring SurveySnap and its many benefits.
