Advanced user of SurveyRockThe tool is very simple and easy to use. The feedback can be taken in any language and that is very important. The sharing of the URL and feedback is so easy that you can also embed it on your webpage. The drag and drop options work very smoothly.
The tool might become complex for beginners and new members if they have not used any such tools in the past. The analytics part is a bit tricky and cannot be relied upon. Also, the inapp does not show many details.
If you are looking for a survey tool to get feedback and polls, this is an easy to use tool. But if the organization depends on analytics for the feedback you might want to reconsider.
The entire user feedbacks, adding polls, and creating forms is a lengthy process but SurveyRock makes it easy. We spend less time with the tool as we have integrated it with our project management tool.
