Lacks simple solution for creating a order grid that allows user to fill in quantity desired before adding to cart. This platform requires each item to be opened or added to cart before the quantity of "1" can be changed. As a B2B business, this creates a great deal of frustration for customers who simply want an online order form. Support during implementation leave much to be desired and the integration with our payment gateway seems to create many glitches in payment processing. After only a few months, we are already looking for a 3rd party alternative with full integration with NetSuite.
