Advanced user of Sugester CRMI really like how Sugester CRM keeps track of all of my data from all over the place (email, phone call, message...) for me. I can keep track of all of my clients (and add their info) on the Client tab and from there created needed tasks. I can also see a snapshot of all tasks and their progress so I don't lose anything. Sugester also sends me reminders about tasks. Sugester also helps build profiles around my clients so that I can better serve them and help them out. There is so much more that Sugester does, and my company has only just started using its tools and I can already see how impactful it will be.
I have recently started using Sugester CRM, so I don't really have any major dislikes yet.
Test out the free trial first and see which products are needed. The plans can get a bit pricey the more products added. Monthly plan for medium size business is $29+$3 for each additional product used.
Sugester CRM is being utilized in order to keep track of customers, and be able to start building profiles around them so that we can more efficiently communicate to each individual based on their needs.
