What do you like best?

It is very easy to use and the GUI is very friendly. Will be easy to be adapted by anyone without any knowledge about the tool. The API support is also another part which I wanted to highlight. There are tremendous of them available which helps in the automation and makes the task easier thereby saving time spent on the manual triggers.

What do you dislike?

Only issue is that there have been some instances wherein the content appeared different in the mailbox of the user than it was at the time when sent using the tool. The formatting needs to be improved so that it is suitable for multiple mailbox and servers. Basically, the readability of the content should not be impacted in any way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a good software. Must use by any company to reach their target audiences. The campaigns can be tracked easily along with multiple parameters.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communicating or passing on the relevant message to larger audiences which are the intended consumers. When the user base becomes big, the number of successful campaign quality get deteriorated which in turn affects the targets of the Marketing team. Such issues are resolved with the help of this Software easily.
