What do you like best?

A great budget marketing tool. Easy to find and analyse marketing content across the big platforms, so I know what I need to share and create to get more engagement. A lot of the other tools that do this are really expensive. It also has more features than my last tool, things like sentiment analysis. A lot of them are also really complex where this is much simpler to understand.

What do you dislike?

That I can't yet publish any of my own content. I can see that this is going to be coming soon and will make a difference, again will be great a feature for a budget tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want a powerful tool to help you with faster marketing but don't want to spend the bigger money this is the perfect tool

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides me with the tools to find the content that is going to help me get more engagement across my marketing channels and therefore provides me with more opportunities with my customers. The main benefits have been more engagement and less time trying to source and understand what works.
