Advanced user of StraightxtAs a new user, I was able to easily navigate and fully appreciate the ability to see what the text will look like to our subscribers, as well as being able to send a test message! The help, tutorial, and training that I received were all helpful in maximizing what we can do with the program.
Not really a downside, I do wish there was a winner option where I could randomly choose from my current subscriber list to also utilize the program as a rewards program for current users beyond special offers.
I like being able to utilize reporting to see what works for our subscribers and what doesn't. We are able to use it to make sure our approach is the most effective.
