0 support. will not offer any support unless you email them and maybe they answer maybe they don't

What do you dislike?
I don't like that there is NO support. There is no way to solve a problem other than message these people. And this could go on for days. The program has been a bit buggy .. I have had a problem with transactions for 23 days.. and have had very little communication from “support”. I can't even get anyone at Stessa acknowledge my messages. Very poor service
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So what buggy at times .... if you take you business seriously.. use something else. The people who manage this program do not take Stessa seriously.. or they would be more concerned about their customers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Mostly transactions... I have been using Stessa for 3 years and have lots of data ... right about now I see no benefits because I have to start over with something lease right about tax time
