Clean Interface and Convenient, Instinctive User Experience

What do you like best?

Reiance's user interface is professional, clean, neat, and well-organized. The background is white with refreshing light green font, giving the program a modern, minimalist feel. The clean look makes it easy to concentrate and focus, and reduces eye fatigue for professionals on their computers all day.

The user experience is natural and intuitive, and navigation is simple. After a brief introduction, you begin using the program immediately. Users begin on a dashboard that automatically updates with the latest changes from team members, and navigation is logical and self-explanatory. Point and click takes you where you want to go, and drop down and pop-up menus that appear when you click on tags and icons.

Categories are convenient and customizable, and allow you to tailor individual entries to your specific real estate assets. You can also include relevant financial, economic, and market information, as well as general notes.

Two great features are the inclusion of Google Maps and Youtube functionality. The Google Maps functionality automatically embeds a map of the asset into each entry. You can also embed a Youtube video of the asset that you've uploaded. This allows you to conveniently and seamlessly show other team members features or details in real time and adds an extra dimension of information to team discussions.

Overall, Reiance feels like you a customized, user-oriented, application, rather than a dull, corporate work tool. It almost feels like a social networking app customized for work tasks. It's designed for ease of use and simplicity, and makes entering and calling up data customizable and convenient.

What do you dislike?

There are still one or two bugs here or there, but they are being weeded out, and don't have a strong impact on the user experience. They are more quirks than impediments to productivity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it, and you'll see how convenient and instinctive it becomes. You start using it right away without even thinking about it, and it streamlines a lot of your daily work tasks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reiance allows us to actively manage, update, and capitalize on our data and contacts in a clean, organized, user-friendly way . New employees pick it up quickly and can begin contributing immediately with minimal training.

The design is smooth and attractive, and enjoyable to use. The program is also flexible and customizable, allowing you to tailor it to your company's particular focus and assets. The included web mapping and video-sharing functionality of Google Maps and Youtube provides an added dimension of information to users, enhancing the decision-making process and project discussions. This is particularly advantageous when discussing property location, market strength, and asset quality over the phone with potential clients.

Automatic updates to your dashboard streamline communication and keep team members current regarding multiple project developments without wading through dozens of emails.

All in all, Reiance acts and feels like a productivity, collaboration, and data management app, all combined into one aesthetically pleasing package.
