Easy implmentation and easy to use

What do you like best?

Just very easy to set up and use, to create QR codes in Servicenow and then build a better user experance to report an issue. That is use the camera on your iphone, open a request and then submit

What do you dislike?

Its hard to think of anything. It was so easy to install then start to use. And even a VP was happy we are using it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It improved our customers experance in oping issues, and had issues reported (such as lighting issues in conference rooms) that were never reported
