Great app & easy to use platform!
What do you like best?
Square Point of Sale has an exceedingly simple to use platform and numerous features to cater to everyone's business needs...from the burgeoning creator to a seasoned professional. Everyone, no matter their skill level or need, can easily use and understand this software. Not to mention, the data reporting it provides is spectacular for understanding how your business is doing and where you could possibly find ways to improve. I also like how easy it is to create a product in your profile and set up sales tax before hand!
What do you dislike?
The only negative experience I've had so far is with the one time I had to call customer service--when I needed assistance with understanding the listing part of the platform, the person who assisted me just sounded like they were having a very bad day and were less than enthused to be helping me. I honestly don't hold that against the whole of Square Point of Sale's customer service--it was just an experience that sticks with me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit I have found in working with Square Point of Sale is the simplicity of the platform and the records of sales. I'm easily able to search through my product list from a while back if I have a new listing or if I need to find a particular customer's information. Everything in the application is easy to find and the system itself is straight forward to use. I greatly enjoy using it for my custom leather, jewelry fabrication sales and my customers greatly enjoy the easy to use simple invoicing system that allows them to be safe and secure with their payment information.
