What do you like best?
As a small business unable to afford expensive payroll software, I like the fact that the Essential plan is actually FREE. Onboarding is a breeze, our new employees are onboarded using the app on their mobile phones. In addition, payroll runs automatically, and on boarding is a breeze and can be done
What do you dislike?
It seems so far the I-9 process is usually where new employees make mistakes - failing to do it properly. This isn't Spur's fault, I simply need to train new employees by providing them with the instruction materials prior to onboarding.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefits among many are:
1- it's free saving me time and money

4-Awesome customer service, I have an expert assigned. Farhad is doing a phenomenal job at supporting us, he is driven, patient, and customer service oriented. He responds and resolves issues quickly.
