Advanced user of Sprinklr Modern CareThe tool has really a lot of functionalities and allows you to manage even the busiest social accounts with ease and few clicks. The number of tags and the simplicity of applying them is an amazing feature in my opinion. Applying macros to multiple elements at one really helps me speed up my work.
Some menus are too close one to the other and often I need two clicks to get to open the right selection, but that's maybe partially my fault. I would love to be able to apply tags in bulks, just as I can apply macros to multiple elements at once.
I am controlling all the inbound messages and posts of visitor of my customer's pages, which are A LOT. Dividing the different traffic sources into columns makes really easy for me to prioritize or understand the best way I should engage with every message I receive.
