What do you like best?

We love the user console, customizable security options, stable platform on varying PC models and clean interface. The cost is exceptional for an annual plan for a small- to mid-size business.

What do you dislike?

Some of the authentication steps can be tricky, as new users (who may be at home during their set-up) need an authentication code that only someone on the receiving/main PC may be able to access (while at work); this is difficult during a weekend day or after work.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is the most competitive and full-featured remote desktop sharing platform we found and it has not disappointed us one bit. We will renew the annual plan with the current features for sure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We could not affordably access our work PCs during home-use, so Splashtop introduced an easy, affordable way to do so. Our team members can work from home, easily select their specific computer from the Splashtop Business user console and connect quickly and reliable- no crashes.
