The best HelpDesk Solution.

What do you like best?

Issues and complaints are very common in every industry. Success or failure of any business is depend upon tools and outlook of business. Spirent InTouch gave us that control and management tool to take care of it. It is an essential part of business and for our client to make them successful. The whole process and tools available are very useful and the most importantly meaningful. Thanks for such a great help.

Sometimes it is very meaningful to take time and deciding when you have to change the services or software. There are lot of things involved to think on. We really appreciate the help from G2 reviews and Spirent InTouch people to help us in deciding. That makes taking decision easy and smooth.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes, we faced an issue of getting some issue update as resolved. Well there should be some easy way to get those issues manually override. So sometime it behaves very stubborn about few things. Things can be much easier for admins if they can make it bit flexible when it comes to resolutions of some kind of issues. Otherwise everything works fine and smooth.

These issues were sometime had to be escalated and then resolved, luckily. We hope these kind of issues will be taken care in future update or improvements.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to it as complaint management software, helpdesk services or even bug reporting tool, then go for it. Pricing is good to start with and it is very comprehensive. Our experience is mainly using it as helpdesk software, it performs more than what we expected. So go for it.

I would recommend you all, who are considering it to compare it with existing software you are using and then decide. Reason being, it may be not the right one in some cases or services you are providing. So take time and then decide.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problem we solve it helping our customers or client's customer. We mainly use it for resolving technical issues at customer's end. We have also planned it for future to make it permanent for our future clients who wish to use Spirent Intouch as HelpDesk solutions for their services. It makes a lot of sense when it comes to our experience and expertise in using the tool more efficiently and effectively.
