Depth without complexity. Easy to use across our org.

What do you like best?

Spiff allows me to quickly understand trends and drill into specific goal attainment across teams. The platform allows all users to understand (proactively) how their commissions will play out by month and by quarter. The keyword here is "simple".

What do you dislike?

The iOS app is a bit laggy/buggy -- it gets hung up when you're trying to drill into specific months. I expect this to be fixed in the next few releases. It would be great to see a calculator feature where you can input various comp plan types and see the net results across time in hypothetical scenarios.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You want a platform that all employees can easily log into and find immediate value/information. Spiff makes it happen.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a centralized and clear way to illustrate and consolidate commissions across the company. Spiff has allowed us to input formulas with the help of our CSM that flowed across our org. structure. It has saved tons of finance and operational time--and allows ICs the ability to self diagnose commissions.
