What do you like best?

The tool is very intuitive and shines in its ease of use. It allows the user to follow the natural setup of a control environment - risk, controls, issues, remediations - all integrated.

What do you dislike?

There is no chat feature for help requests. You have to create a ticket, rate it from critical to know-how, and wait for someone to get back to you. This can be improved for more real-time interaction.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great collaboration with process owners with an all-in-1 setup for PBC requests housed in Workstream. You can monitor how quickly support is submitted and refer back as needed across testing phases in a few clicks.
