What do you like best?
We are reaching meaningful results with Solvoyo. We get responsive and quality service from the Customer Success and Development teams of Solvoyo. Specifically, the Customer Success team provides us with proactive assistance in response to our needs and solving our business pain. They ensure continuous improvement which is what we get measured on as a planning team. The Development Team is responsive to our enhancement requests driven by our rapidly changing environment.
What do you dislike?
We are currently managing most of our master data on their old UI, which is called WEBUI. Now, they have a brand new configurable dashboard that allows you to not only manage your data but also have descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive capabilities. In the upcoming months, we will have one platform where we can have both our prescriptive recommendations and a whole host of analytical capabilities.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Solvoyo's in-season planning solution to optimize our supply chain and I am actively using the workflows for Replenishment Planning, Initial Allocation, and Store to Store Transfers. With Solvoyo we optimize allocations and replenishment to stores at an advanced level. Thanks to their intelligent platform with Initial Allocation and Replenishment Planning, we ensure the right products are at the right location in the right quantities. The recommendations coming out of these solutions are executed automatically every day via Solvoyo's seamless integration into our internal systems. In addition, when we need store transfers, the platform is ready 7/24 and provides us different scenarios to choose from. We can also see the performance of the transfers on Solvoyo's web-based platform. In the last 4 years, we significantly increased our sales and reduced the ending inventory by using these solutions.
