What do you like best?

Total transparency in product delivery is what I like best.

Every moment of the shipment experience is posted to the Ethereum Blockchain. This provides an indisputable record of product integrity at pick up and also upon delivery, confirmed with timestamped images to the Ethereum Blockchain.

It's comforting to see my product in transit with the accuracy of a live map. Trusted records using Blockchain postings of location intervals along the route provide valuable references for the future.

What do you dislike?

Currently, the mobile app supports Android only. To get around this obstacle, I tethered my iPhone to my Android tablet to use the ShipChain app.

Disputes with delivery will be drastically reduced because all moments in delivery are posted in unalterable Blockchain records.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Location in transit is posted to the Ethereum Blockchain, at time intervals chosen by sender. The ShipChain app benefit of allowing the sender to choose intervals gives the sender control of Ethereum Gas expense. I've selected an interval of posting to the Blockchain every twenty minutes for delivery trips lasting an hour. It's extremely beneficial to have this option to adjust. If it's a 15 minute delivery route, I change the posting interval to every 4 minutes.
