Hard to learn at first

What do you like best?

I like that it can be accessed on a computer, phone or tablet.

What do you dislike?

It sometimes can crash once most of my coworkers were logged in. We usually approve time on the same day and once most of the program managers logged on, it would crash frequently.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My recommendation would be to be patient with the system. It becomes easier as you learn more.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The company I worked work used it to approve time and as a time clock.
