What do you like best?

Easier to cross train users and easy to learn various soft programs, such as soft labs/soft path.

What do you dislike?

It can be overwhelming to learn at first, since there are multiple ways to do multiple things. In other words, there are many options to choose from.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would make sure that it is compatible with other software you might use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to dictate cases and follow them up with physician review and signout. It has worked very well with us.
