What do you like best?

What I really like best about this tool is that it allows you to easily create Real Estate listings and helps you easily set up ad campaigns and reach your audience. I like that it helps take the mystery out of what parts of your campaigns and listings are working and really lay it out for the laymen. They also make it easier to reach your target audience without you having to fiddle around with the analytics.

What do you dislike?

The main con is that you never want to get lazy. You should have a strong hand in everything that is happening for you business and understand what content is driving your audience and what is really engaging you audience. You don't want to rely too heavily on this tool as it can easily make you lazy and lose touch with your followers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great tool for leveraging your listings on Facebook. It really helps with reaching your audience and makes it easier if you aren't a complete marketing professional.
