What do you like best?

Those are the thing that I liked most, in my experience:

- Being an alternative to hiring expensive apps means that it is easier to create and publish a basic app without a huge front-up investment

- Truly real development, you can trust it: what you see, is what you get

- Amazing customer service, always available for you and it's a pleasure to work in this condition

- Very user friendly out of the field, very easy to make changes in "guru mode"

What do you dislike?

First time I used it I would have said that there aren't cons. But, with my experience, I can show you some cons:

- There are different version of the app (published and saved), which is initially a little confusing for first time use

- For iOS developers, sometimes custom apps are not able to be downloaded from App Store

- Sometimes the app doesn't save documents and you have to send them again: with some research, I fpud that is is a common issue

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Thanks to Snappii team, we were able to build an app which records the activity made in a whole day. Support was very very great.
