Extremely simple and powerful tool which uses photos to create tasks
What do you like best?
We are able to leverage the eyes of all of our employees and contractors using Snapfix. It is a system which allows you to take a photo of a problem/issue and then assign that task to your appropriate colleague/contractor. It's fantastic in that it is very light and simple and can be used internally and externally in an organisation. I actually even use it with my family to assign the tasks of what jobs need to be done in our home! It also has recurring tasks which is brilliant to notify of maintenance due.
What do you dislike?
I would like the ability to hide some of the groups that I am part of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was really worth doing the trial because when we tried it with our team we noticed that it was more of a platform that allowed us to be versatile. We found a number of uses that we wouldn't have thought of if we didn't have our whole team on it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are managing a number of office buildings and a number of recurring tasks internally.
