What do you like best?

SMS host is user friendly. The system offers a video that you can watch and learn how to use the product before going live online. It is very useful when we have a new employee and no time to train them. We can just put the video on for them and leave them be for the day to learn how to use the program.

What do you dislike?

There is not much I dislike about this program. There are so many features on it and it is easy to use.

If the program ever gliches their is always someone on call around the clock to help us troubleshoot.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take aclot of notes when learning the product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication problems have been solved with SMS host. There area so many tools that you can write notes for employees who may be coming in during the middle of the day.
