What do you like best?

The UX/UI of this system was well thought out and clearly by someone who knows what the industry is like and how we work.

What do you dislike?

Diving a little deeper into remote access and mobile access could be a great improvement for those that are constantly on the move or meeting with clients.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure your team takes the training seriously as we had some hurdles with those not willing to adapt right off the gate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is allowing us to visualize our data in real time, make decisions without the lag of switching between numerous systems and allows us to better inform our key stakeholders.
