What do you like best?

I greatly enjoyed smartlibrary because it made more educational items especially text more accessible and readily available to me for classes and projects as well as very necessary research I had to conduct for almost all of my school work. I would not have been able to access as much and attain as many valuable sources and information without this.

What do you dislike?

With smartlibrary in particular, there was not anything I found to be problematic.

The biggest business problem that is being resolved is having greater connectivity among people and resources as well as greater accessibility.
