What do you like best?

Powerful and flexible configuration options make it really easy for us to use the system in lots of different ways.

The system's action tracking tools give us great visibility of who has been tasked with making improvements happen, which closes the loop from what customers are saying really effectively.

What do you dislike?

Not too much at the moment – the only thing that springs to mind is that the extent of the configuration options can initially make the system appear a little tricky to set up, but having said that the smartcrowds team deliver an excellent training and onboarding experience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're using the system initially as a candidate engagement and innovation platform – looking at various ways to bring candidates more effectively into our day-to-day practices and deliver a better experience for them
