What do you like best?

works on windows and linux. Cool colors and pics, works with saml and has api access

What do you dislike?

does not work on mac, at least there isn't a downloadable app, which is unfortunate and why we couldn't use them.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

if you have a mixed environment including Macs, those users will be left with the web version and not have access to features your windows and Linux users are able to use
