What do you like best?
Acollab has a short learning curve and is also very easy to implement. I like that it offers a large amount of storage space to store documents, images or files. The best thing is that you can share files through public links, email attachments, private share folders. In addition, it is possible to enter a password to the documents.
What do you dislike?
When downloading several files simultaneously the website may be slow and sometimes freezes until the browser throws the warning to close the page. Another negative aspect is that the button to print gantt charts does not work.

Acollab is a tool that we use frequently to share large files that we cannot send through email due to low storage capacity. We also use to collaborate on projects that need reviews from several members. The calendar has been a great help to publish events regarding the organization and thus provide the opportunity for members who are in other offices.
